- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had continuous issues for 4 years (finally buying a home and moving!). They have entered property without notice, failed to repair plumbing issues and termite damage, refused to pay for a rental even though bathroom was not usable, and failed to replace damaged wood personal property from termites and water leaks (both plumbing and from leaking roof).
